1. What do the figures presented include?

  1. VAT at the current rate.
  2. Full damage insurance. Rental is not possible without this insurance.
  3. Unlimited kilometers.

 

2. Deposit and Security?

  1. No excess required.

  3. No credit card required.

 

3. Where are the vehicle and the Contract located?

The vehicle will be at the airport in car park n1, which is on the right-hand side of the DEPARTURES exit (upon arrival, you must go up to the 3rd floor check-in area, inside the airport terminal). The key is inside a KEY BOX in the driver’s door handle. The contract inside the vehicle MUST be signed and remain inside for inspection purposes. When returning the vehicle, the contract must remain signed inside it.

 

4. How are returns handled?

The return should be made on the contracted date and time, with the same fuel level as when the rental started.

You should leave the vehicle in the same parking lot (n1) unless there is no available space, in which case you should inform where it was parked. The contract, as mentioned in point 3, MUST remain inside the vehicle, signed.

 

5. What do I need to hire a vehicle?

You will need a valid driving licence, as well as your identity card or passport.

 

6. Can I check in and check out at different locations?
